What I love is that Reiki is not just an amazing technique to learn to help others, it is at its core, a commitment to an ongoing personal practice of living from compassion, love, peace and care for all living beings with integrity and honesty. It is from this inner space of calm, focus, clarity and intention that healing will flow with ease to support ourselves and others.

What You Will Learn:
-Overview of the history of Reiki
-Attunement ceremony to Reiki Level 1 energy
-How to connect to the Reiki energy and get familiar using it for physical healing for yourself, family and friends
-The principles of Reiki and how to develop an ongoing Reiki practice for yourself and others that nurtures your inner and outer life rooted in love, kindness, compassion, integrity, honesty, curiosity and exploration.
-Practical and intuitive ways to use Reiki to support physical healing with a focus on physical and energetic anatomy
-How to feel and interpret energy flow in and around the body and use Reiki to support the clearing and balancing of energy
-Hands-on time to practice Reiki and receive feedback from me and those you work on (other students) to help you develop your skills
-We’ll talk about boundaries and ethics for Reiki practitioners
-Plenty of time for discussion, questions and feedback to support you
What You Will Receive:
-A certificate that verifies you are certified in Usui Reiki Level One
-10 hours of class time with me at my healing space
-A small, intimate class (only 4 students max) so you get one on one time with me and feel connected with the other students.
-A course packet of information and resources you can use after class to support your Reiki practice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
I know sometimes unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel your spot in this class, please let me know as soon as possible so I can try to fill your spot with another student. If you request a cancellation within 30 days of the class, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel within less than 30 days, unfortunately I won't be able to refund you unless I'm able to find another student to take your spot but I can apply your payment to a future class.
