    Reiki Session

    Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a practice with roots in Japan that helps balance our energy flow so we feel more peace, calm and love. It is a way to harness the flow of life force energy all around us and within us to support health and well-being in the mind and body.

    You will lay fully clothed on my Reiki table under a blanket and I will offer the Reiki energy to you through my heart and my hands as you breathe slowly and relax. I will play soothing music as I work over your whole body and in your aura/biofield to support the healthy flow of energy. You will feel me lightly place my hands on different areas of your body as I move the energy. I will open my heart and my mind to the loving energy flow for you with no attachment to particular outcomes. I will invite you to tune into your inner experience, paying attention to your mind's thoughts and any body sensations with loving awareness and kindness throughout the session.

    Then we will have time to discuss what you experienced and I will share any observations, intuitive messages and next steps to support you in positive ways in your life.

    Distance Reiki Session (on Zoom)

    We will meet on Zoom together and you will find a comfortable, quiet place to sit or lay down at home as I connect with your energy through the power of intention. I will then offer the Reiki energy to you through my heart and my hands as you breathe slowly and relax. I will focus the energy on your intentions for what you are seeking support with with no attachment to particular outcomes. I will invite you to tune into your inner experience, paying attention to your mind's thoughts and any body sensations with loving awareness and kindness throughout the session.

    Then we will have time to discuss what you experienced and I will share any observations, intuitive messages and next steps to support you in positive ways in your life.
